Fun Fact:

With the help of her aunts and several dozen cousins, Kathleen continues to embrace her Czech ancestry by working on mastering the art of baking kolaches and strudels several times a year.  She is confident in her ability to roll a strudel, however, the art of producing a “melt in your mouth” kolache continues to elude her.  Most weekends are spent with her family on their 143-acre ranch where they enjoy time in the garden and amongst their various animal “family members” including dogs, cats, cattle, bunnies, turtles, fish and the occasional snake.
