We manage the roles and responsibilities of the relevant parties providing services to the plans, and demand accountability from each.

We strive to be the single point of contact for our clients through which communications to the other parties are filtered and routed.

PROBLEM SOLVER:
Problems will arise with nonqualified plans, and our role is to work with our clients and the appropriate vendors to solve these problems in an expedient and efficient manner.
Because of the complicated nature of these plans, some vendors may not have the expertise, skill or knowledge to effectively address problems or challenges, and we support you with the skills necessary to address those issues.

Our diverse backgrounds in tax, law, public accounting, strategic consulting, finance and insurance enable us to bring our expertise and creativity to all aspects of nonqualified plans, including plan design and documentation, compliance, accounting, financial modeling, legal (SEC, ERISA), tax and legislative and regulatory monitoring.
